Delete your Dindom account

1. From the app (fastest)

1. Open the Dindom app and sign in with your Google account.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. The account is closed right away.

2. Without the app (by email)

No longer have the app? Just email [email protected] from the Google account you use with Dindom, with the subject "Delete my Dindom account", and include your name and mobile number. We'll take care of it within 30 days at most.

3. What happens next

• Your account is closed right away and you are signed out.
• If you were a driver, you stop receiving rides and orders.
• Your mobile number and email are freed up, so you can sign up again anytime.

4. Your data

We only keep a limited set of records that we need for safety, support and legal reasons, such as past rides and orders, chat messages, ratings, wallet transactions and driver verification documents. We keep them only as long as necessary, and then they are deleted or anonymized. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

Would you like your name, photo and documents removed too? Just ask us by email and we'll delete them, except anything the law requires us to keep.
