In plain words: these are the practical rules for getting along on Dindom: respect, real locations, clear prices and safety first.
1. For passengers
- Set a real pickup point and destination, and be at the pickup point on time.
- Check the vehicle, plate and driver shown in the app before getting in.
- Treat the driver with respect: they are a person at work.
- Pay the agreed amount, directly to the driver, when the ride ends.
- Do not ask the driver to break a traffic rule, and use the helmet on a motorcycle.
- Cancel as early as possible if you no longer need the ride.
2. For customers
- Give a correct delivery address and keep your phone at hand.
- Check your order before confirming it; once the store starts preparing it, it may not be cancellable.
- Pay the agreed total when you receive the order.
- Report any problem with an order through the app as soon as possible.
3. For drivers
- Only go online when you can really take requests, and go offline when you stop.
- Keep at least the minimum balance in your wallet and check there the details of every commission.
- Make sure your vehicle, license and insurance are valid and your vehicle is safe before going online.
- Answer requests as soon as possible: repeatedly declining or ignoring them lowers your score.
- Charge only the amount agreed in the app, with no surprise charges.
- Use the drivers' group chat respectfully and the SOS button only for real emergencies.
- Never ask for anyone's Google account or other private details.
4. For stores
- Keep your products, prices, photos and opening hours up to date in your store panel.
- Accept or reject orders quickly and prepare them as described.
- Hand the order to the assigned driver well packed.
- Keep your store wallet balance and the documents of your business up to date.
5. Safety
- In an emergency, contact the police or emergency services first.
- Use the in-app chat and calls to coordinate; avoid sharing more personal information than needed.
- Report any dangerous or inappropriate behavior through the app or to our contact address.
6. Fair play in Moto Rush
The game is for fun and gives no prizes. Do not use tricks, modified apps or bugs to get scores; those scores may be removed.
7. Breach of these rules
Breaking these rules may lead to warnings and to the temporary or permanent suspension of an account, Driver profile or Store, after review by Dindom, as described in the Terms of Use.
